The Horowicz-Mehler Residence is the quintessential old SoHo loft

The
evening will feature live music and will include a performance by Lianne Aharoni, a highly accomplished Soprano Opera Singer who has
captured the imagination of classical music enthusiasts in Israel and
around the world. Among her credits are performances in with The Israeli
philharmonic orchestra, playing in Tosca, by Puccini, conducted by
Zubin Mehta. Lianne's singing will be accompanied by pianist Stanislav Fridman.
Fridman is 22 years old, and immigrated to Israel with his parents from Kiev,
Ukraine in 2000, and started to play piano and study in the class of
Ms. Natalie Litvinova, in the Municipal Conservatory of Petah Tikva.
During all the years of his music studies, he participated in
many live performances all over Israel, master
classes and piano competitions. Fridman received scholarships from the
America - Israel Cultural Foundation, the Municipality of Petah
Tikva, and Lions Club.
After completing his military service at the summer of 2011, he started studying in Mannes College The New School
For Music, Manhattan, NY in the class of Ms.
Irina Morozova.
In NY Fridman continues to perform as a soloist
and as an accompanist. He has performed numerous recitals around NJ
and NY, including performances in the
Mannes College Concert Hall.
